I’ve got a space just for you. A piece of Heaven on Earth I’d like to share with you. But it’s more than a physical space, it represents what you are at all times…a sanctuary of breath. Breathing this way brings harmony between your body, mind and heart. It releases stored stresses and griefs. It’s alignment. It’s healing. It’s a direct connection to the Divine Spirit within you. It’s the best form of self-care I’ve found. Honestly, it’s hard to describe or explain without first hand experience. You’re just gonna have to trust me and come see it for yourself. It’s only taken me 53 years, but I have found the sweet place where all my talents, passions and dreams collide…

Why Breathwave?
Our emotions are experienced as sensations that travel through the nervous system. I like to think of emotions as feelings in motion. When we encounter uncomfortable feelings, we often unconsciously hold our breath to try to suppress or manage them. Emotions should naturally move through the body but if we repeatedly block that movement, they can contribute to physical symptoms such as muscle tension, anxiety, chronic stress, or illness.
Breathwave uses a simple, natural breathing cycle (like a wave) that’s easy to learn and remember. Lying down comfortably, you allow your breathing to open and relax without pausing, forcing, or holding it. We take a full inhale through the mouth, then a relaxed exhale through the mouth, with no pauses between breaths. This continuous rhythm (known as Conscious Connected Breathing) increases oxygen intake and helps restore balance and vitality. The effects can be powerful and profound. The best way to understand it is to try it for yourself!
Your Breath Session
Your Private Healing Journey (PHJ) includes intention setting, 75-90 minutes of guided Breathwave style breath coaching, accompanied by a custom music playlist. This is followed by a debrief of your experience and how to integrate it into your life followed by a cup of tea and time to be alone outdoors to journal/process how you’re feeling.

How The Santuary
Came to Be…
My husband and I built a small cottage by our pond in 2019. Its true purpose has become clear: a place for healing. I love creating calm, beautiful spaces, and now, with formal training, I can guide you toward your own healing through the power of breath.
My husband first introduced me to the power of breath through his coach, Patrick Sellin. After my first session I was hooked and eager to learn more. I was honored to be trained by Patrick and by Breathwave founder Robin Clements, which allows me to offer this beautiful healing modality to others.
